For small family gatherings, showers, etc. a suggested donation of $20 an hour suggested donations, $400 for rental all day, $125 for eachh additional day leading up to the event with a $200 deposit due when the reservation is made, deposit will be refunded once facility has been deemed clean and undamaged.
